Aware that financial difficulties can be a major obstacle to completing an academic career, The foundation aspires to create an environment conducive to full involvement in studies.

Not having to worry about material difficulties is, in itself, a real privilege that the Mum & Dad Foundation intends to offer through the award of 20 annual scholarships of EUR 2 500 each.

At the origin of the Mum & Dad Foundation, is two former legal professionals : he, a lawyer; She's a notary. After a career in the legal sector, they choose to reinvent themselves and follow their common passion for music by becoming deejays, under the name of Mum & Dad.

Driven by a desire for transmission and convinced that Everyone deserves a chance, they wish to enable the most determined students to benefit from equal opportunities.

Eligibility criteria

Scholarships awarded by the Mum & Dad Foundation are addressed exclusively to students enrolled in a field of law – whether at a university or university in Belgium.

To be eligible, candidates must be able to demonstrate a modest economic situation, which must be objectively established on the basis of supporting documents.

Each dossier submitted will be subject to a rigorous assessment carried out in strict confidentiality, in particular with regard to the social or financial information that candidates would like to share in the context of their application.

It should also be emphasised that beneficiaries from previous years may submit a new application, provided that they are able to provide evidence of their academic success at the end of the previous year.

Preparation of the file

If you intend to meet the eligibility criteria, it is up to you to draw up an application file, accompanied by a letter of motivation. This complete file must be sent to the following address: [email].

In order for your application to be considered admissible and processed within the deadlines required for the award of scholarships for the following academic year, the following conditions must be complied with:

It must be written in French or Dutch, without spelling errors

It must be sent between
1 and 15 March
of each year
