The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of maintenance or interruption for technical reasons. Gemap SRL reserves the right to suspend access to the Site for maintenance or security reasons without prior notice. - Quotation request and contact
Users can request a quote or contact the responsible person via the dedicated form on the Site. All requests must be made in good faith with accurate and complete information. The responsible person reserves the right to refuse any request deemed fraudulent or incomplete. - Order and payment conditions
– The services offered are subject to the signing of an estimate.
– Payment for the services shall be made in accordance with the terms set out in the estimate and may include a deposit to be paid before the work begins.
– An order confirmation will be sent to you after validation of the quote. - Cancellation and refund policy
The cancellation and reimbursement conditions vary depending on the progress of the project and the contractual commitments made. - Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including text, images, logos and videos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction, dissemination or use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the responsible person. - Responsibility
– Gemap SRL makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information available on the Website. However, errors or omissions may remain.
